About Sanko Gakuen

The Sanko Gakuen Educational System

Educational Philosophy: Harmony of Skills and Heart

The tradition of Sanko Gakuen lies in "compassionate heart" and "education that cultivates sentiments of gratitude."

We feel that in order to thrive in their future workplaces and choose their own paths, it is important that students cultivate their "hearts" during their time at a vocational school.

Through everyday campus life and various school events, students and teachers work in tandem to cultivate their hearts in ways that are sometimes harsh and sometimes gentle, so that they accumulate experiences of failure and success, build confidence and experience the rules and manners of working in a group before going out into society.

Fully absorb high-level skills in anticipation of working.

For each individual student to discover what they want to do and make this into their job, they require a certain level of skill. Acquiring qualifications is essential for creating one's future. Qualifications are what allows one to get a specialist position that they can pursue their whole life and to continue to flourish in society even if their lifestyle changes. At Sanko Gakuen, we have established strong systems that fully support students in obtaining qualifications.

Persistent Education

Education at Sanko Gakuen has maintained one consistent characteristic since its founding: methodologies that fully embrace a never-give-up passion for education. The teaching staff of Sanko Gakuen believe that all students have enormous potential, and continue to approach them on multiple occasions. By providing guidance to students with passion, we find the trigger that unlocks each student's enthusiasm and leads to their growth.

The Sanko Success System

Building up successful experiences through a repeated process of "once I tried, I succeeded!" This is our Sanko Success System.

Sanko Gakuen continuously provides students with opportunities to challenge themselves, and these are regarded as crucial situations in which students build up successful experiences. When students appear frustrated, teaching staff devote themselves to working through failures together with students and offering them heartfelt praise when they do succeed.

Through this approach, students who have never experienced a sense of accomplishment or always lacked confidence start to change a little at a time. Students who feel the job of having given it their all or succeeding when taking on a challenge realize their own strengths and gain the confidence to choose their own path in life.

Sanko Gakuen's student guidance policy, its various events and curricula have been devised so that the school can develop students to the stage where they can enjoy successes and impressive experiences. We refer to this collectively as the Sanko Success System.
